Let me ask a question ,What would you normally do after coming home tired from work?tell your mom or wife to prepare something special for you and if you are a bachelor like me ,you would rather head straight to some cafe or restaurant [i do that these days if i'm really tired to cook and also because my mom is away at my Grandma's place]...but if i'm really in a mood to cook then nothing can stop me from doing it... So today on Food Food channel they showed some dishes that can be made easily within a short time.. they showed a snack which can be made in less than 20 mins...and it was Crispy Chicken Fingers.Actually i quiet loved it...that i decided to give it a try by making more simple than what they showed on tv ..they said it can be made in 20 mins.but really it was pretty easy and it just took me only 17 mins approx to make them.
I would like to dedicate this snack to all those bachelor guys [like me] out there, who live in a concrete jungle...and also those young people who think that cooking is not their thing..to them ,i would say start with something that is easy to make and gain some confidence to cook..do'nt worry even if it goes wrong keep on cooking ..and gradually get into more complex recipes...

Easy is'nt it..well this is one such recipe where you do'nt need to have an extra-ordinary cooking skill to make it.As i say Sab kuch bhulake Just Cook!!
