Munch It!!

From my Childhood itself i've been very fond of Chocolate Bars like Snickers, Kit Kat, Twix etc. So I find it really fun and interesting recreating the homemade versions these Chocolate Bars. Another interesting point is that you can have them anytime any day at your will. That way you can save hell lot of time and also the effort of going to the store to buy these.

Few months back i made the homemade version of Twix bars, which was a huge success. So this time i decided to experiment on another favorite chocolate bar, Kit Kat.These homemade Kit Kat candy bars taste amazingly like the real thing. And trust me you won't find a better copycat recipe anywhere!

If you're a Kit Kat fan, you have to try this recipe. It's simple to follow, and easy to produce delicious results. These make a tasty surprise for any event, and you can be sure you'll be the only one to bring Kit Kats!

All you need to do is

1. Make the Caramel.
Take half cup of condensed milk
Add 2Tbsp Butter
6-7 Tbsp Icing sugar

Mix it well and Microwave it for 6 mins. But make sure after every two mins take it out n give a whisk and put it back.

2. A packet of Chocolate Wafers, it gave me around 24 pieces.

so now what you need to do is arrange these wafers in a rectangular base dish and pour the caramel into this base dish.

Refrigerate this in the refrigerator or a while.

3. In the mean time take a bar of Milk/dark/white chocolate. Now melt the chocolate into a thick syrup.

4. Now take the Caramel Bar from the fridge and dip them in the syrup carefully.

5. Now transfer the chocolate dipped Bars again into the refrigerator.

In just 10-15 mins it will be set properly and ready to be enjoyed.

Happy Stress Busting
