Well who requires an introduction to an Oreo biscuit.... After all it's the "World's favorite biscuit"!!! Yeah you can say so 'cause as far i've seen its been liked by both the old ones & the young ones equally. But what makes me think is why is this biscuit so special to everyone??? Is it 'cause of the chocolatey part or the creamy licky vanilla part which gives it a wonderful taste and a magical aroma, which is irresistible!!
Due to its vast popularity lots & lots of recipes are being invented by chefs and by people all around the world. From complex recipes to 3 minute recipes there are number & number of dishes that we can try out using this biscuit as the core ingredient.
This past month it was my birthday....mostly people prefer buying their birthday cake from a bakery...but i decided to bake my own birthday cake not because i know cooking and all that...... but the feeling that you get by baking a cake all by yourself and that too your birthday cake is something special!! But the question in front of me was what kinda cake should i make?? I went through many recipes on the internet ....went through many magazines....And again the problem was since i sold the microwave oven so i had to look out for cake recipes that were pressure cooker/cooking pan friendly...finally after lots of internet research i came across a simple yet tasty pressure cooker cake recipe... And as you know i always try to put my own twists to whatever i make...sometimes it flops but sometimes it's a success!!!
That's why i decided to share the recipe with you guys...Also i'm sharing a Brownie Recipe which was given to me by one of my good friend!![so if that persons reads it i would like to thank you that person once again for sharing that link with me]...that's enough with all the blah blah blah...let me head to business now!!
