Harmless Bombs

Well first of all its feels really great be back, blogging about the interesting dishes that i make n also sharing it. So i thought why not make the comeback more interesting by sharing one of best things i've made ever since i started cooking. Well its not any grand dish that ends up making you being in the kitchen for the entire day....its just a simple easy yet an amazing snack/dessert/chocolate recipe that'll explode in your mouth once you have them....(thats why i decided to name the dish choco Bombs)......

Oreos.....well as they say "Oreo-World's fav biscuit"....infact it true!! Who does'nt love Oreo biscuits.....we might've had it with Cakes, Milkshakes, Cupcakes, Cheesecakes,Ice-creams & of course just as biscuits just to lick out the cream inside it. Well this recipe that I'm sharing here is more like a handmade chocolate yet it can be served as a dessert or as a snack sometimes & all you need is just few ingredients n 20-25 mins of your time....thats it voila

Chocolate Bombs

  • 3 packets of oreo biscuits
  • 1 amul cheese spread plain flavor...it cost around 60rupees
  • 5 packets of dairy milk [get the 22rupees ka 5 packets]
  • 2 tbps milk

Method

first of all crush the oreos into fine crumbles....make sure its not too much powderish...its good if you get that crunchy crumbly feel...now add 2 tbsp of milk [just 2 eh not more than that].....mix it n make a paste....*you can also add some nuts, rice flakes or gems choco into the mixture*...now keep this mixture in the fridge for say 30-40 mins...i do this so it becomes easy to roll the mixture into balls...

after 40 mins take out the mixture from the fridge....now make balls out of the cookie mixture ....n keep them aside..in the mean time start melting the chocolates into a syrup form...now transfer this syrup into a bowl n once the syrup gets little cool....start dipping the oreo balls one by one...make sure the chocolate coats the balls completely...
once done transfer the chocolate coated balls into a tray or plate n keep it in the fridge for about 1-2 hours....well that's it your done

This recipe just like i say everytime.....is actually a very good dish if a Girlfriend/Boyfriend or any bachelor like me wants to impress his/her partner or family to show that u got some serious cooking skill inside you.....do'nt need to tell you what happens next!!So just give try n see it for yourself
